A graduate in Economics and Business from the Federico II University of Naples, specializing in Business Economics and Legislation, and a member of the Cagliari Association of Chartered Accountants, he has gained extensive experience as a tax and business consultant. His university education, complemented by a series of specialized courses in finance, internationalization, debt crisis management, project management, and local government accounting auditing, has provided him with a wide range of specific skills in various fields.
